Please contact me for fees involving forensic services. Fees for forensic services vary dependant upon the type of evaluation/service being requested and wether or not testimony is needed.
Clinical Services
We offer psychological evaluations and assessments for personal diagnosis, employment, and substance use.
We also offer evaluations for medical treatment to include gastric bypass surgery, spinal cord stimulator, mastectomy, and other medical treatments that require a psychological evaluation.
Profile
Dr. Osborn is a clinical psychologist with a specialization in forensic psychology and is a licensed professional counselor - supervisor who has been practicing for seventeen years. He has spent nine years teaching general psychology and life span at Angelina and Lone Star Community College. His practice focuses on clinical and forensics services. He has also provided psychological services for Child Protective Services, inmates in the correctional facilities, school districts, probation, and EAP programs. Further, as an Army veteran with three years of service, Dr. Osborn relates well to veterans and understands the stressors that come with military duty.
Forensic services: Dr. Osborn has been involved in forensic services for ten years. He has held contracts with Child Protective Services, adoption/foster care agencies, and has been the Director of Mental Health at the Jefferson County jail. He completed two practicums during his academic years at two psychiatric prisons and the Harris County jail. Further, he has provided reports for the courts and expert testimony. Court evaluations include Not Guilty for Reason of Insanity (NGRI), competency to stand trial, sex recidivism, sexual deviant behaviors, child custody, diagnostic evaluations, disability services, pre-employment, and immigration to name a few. During his internship, Dr. Osborn provided treatment to sex offenders on the state and federal level. Dr. Osborn has also researched jury selection and offers consultation services on selecting jurors based on several variables that affect human judgment.
